UPDATE - Online Bus Registration & Bus Passes
August 17, 2017 - Parkland School Division has changed the way families sign up for Transportation Services. In June, we requested ALL families (including those with $0 of Transportation Fees) to apply for bus passes prior to July 15, 2017 to ensure transportation on the first day of school.
Routes and stop locations are currently being created from application forms received before the July 15th deadline.
Parkland School Division Transportation Services is excited for the start of the new school year. Thanks to all those that have taken advantage of the NEW online bus registration system.
Urban Bus Pass Pick Up
For all those families who registered online prior to the July 15th deadline, your passes will be available for pick-up at Parkland School Division’s Centre for Education beginning Monday August 21, 2017. Bus Pass Pick Up Hours will be from 11:30 am-7pm in the basement level of CFE. Access will be through the doors on the north side of the building. Please note: Parking is limited on the north side of the building and overflow parking will be available in the gravel parking lot on the east side of the building.
Dates: August 21 - September 1 (Monday-Friday)
Location: CFE Creativity Room (4603-48 St., Stony Plain)
Note: The Creativity Room is located in the basement of the Centre for Education, which can be accessed via the doors on the north side of the building.
Rural Bus Pass Pick Up
If your child attends one of the following schools, their bus pass will be available for pick up at their school one week prior to the start of school.
- Duffield School
- Entwistle School
- Graminia School
- Muir Lake School
- Seba Beach School
- Tomahawk School
- Wabamun School
Rural students who registered prior to July 15th and who will not be attending one of the above schools can pick up their passes at the Centre for Education beginning August 21st.
Bus Pass Payments
Members of our Transportation Services staff continue to process online applications. As soon as applications are processed, your fees will be visible on the Acorn online payment system. If you do not see your fees listed in Acorn, your payment has yet to be processed. Please keep checking Acorn for your payment details. We are processing as fast as possible but this will carry into the start of the new school year.
For those families who already registered but missed the July 15th deadline, you will be contacted via phone once your application has been processed and your pass WILL NOT be ready to pick up at the Centre for Education starting August 21st. If space exists on bus routes, you will be notified and given instructions on how to pick up your pass.
If you have yet to register online, please do so on our homepage. Parkland School Division families should use the Bus Registration Quick Link for PSD families using the snapcode provided to you at the end of last school year.
For those non-PSD families, any families new to Parkland School Division or for those who forgot or did not receive a snapcode, simply use the Bus Registration for non-PSD families Quick Link and register as soon as possible.
Spruce Grove Bus Routes Changing
Please note that City of Spruce Grove bus routes and stops changed significantly based on online registrations prior to July 15th and the implementation of a second bus transfer site on Spruce Grove’s west end. (A temporary bus transfer station at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School is being used until the permanent bus transfer site is ready later this fall)
Registration Still Open
Now that the deadline has passed, applications will continue to be processed throughout the summer; however, families are encouraged to claim their spots by registering ASAP using the links below, as some routes are currently at or near capacity.

Due to the high volume of bus registration applications being processed, requests for changes or cancellations to online submissions will be considered once the Bus Pass Pick Up and Online Registration Process is complete. This will likely be no earlier than September 15, 2017. Any cancellations will take into account the date you submit your initial request to stop transportation services.
